氮胁迫下不同基因型水稻性状的差异性

摘  要:[目的]为氮高效材料的筛选奠定基础。[方法]选取3个类型、16份不同质源的水稻材料进行氮胁迫处理,研究氮胁迫对不同材料、不同性状的影响程度及3个时期叶绿素的变化情况。[结果]6个经济性状中,有效穗受害减幅最大,平均值达到10.08%;其次为穗实粒数,平均值为4.78%,而千粒重与穗长减幅最小。3种不同类型材料在3个时期叶绿素含量相对值存在一定差异性,在分蘖盛期差异不大,齐穗期和成熟期则表现出较大的差异,其相对受害率大小为:常规稻>杂交稻>粳稻,特别是分蘖盛期和成熟期粳稻在倒2叶表现出较强的的耐性。4个性状相对值平均值的变化与齐穗期倒2叶叶绿素含量相对值的大小具有显著正相关。[结论]利用倒2叶叶绿素含量大小可以判断水稻材料对氮的耐性。[Objective] The research aimed to lay the foundation for screening out rice materials with nitrogen efficiency. [Method] Three types,16 samples of rice materials from different sources were treated with nitrogen stress to study the influencing degree of nitrogen stress on different traits of different rice materials and the changes of chlorophyll content in three stages were studied. [Result] Among 6 agronomic characters,the decline of effective panicle was the maximum with the average of 10. 08%. The second was effective grain number,with the average of 4. 78%. The decline of 1000- grain weight and panicle length were the maximum. The relative value of chlorophyll content of three genotypes of rice in three stages had some differences,which had no obvious difference in full tillering stage and had greater differences in full heading time and mature stage. The order of relative damage rate of chlorophyll content was conventional rice hybrid rice japonica rice.The japonica rice showed stronger tolerance in top- second- leaf stage. The average changes of the relative values of four characters had significant correlations with the relative value of chlorophyll content in top- second- leaf stage of full heading time. [Conclusion] The tolerance of rice materials to nitrogen could be judged by the chlorophyll content in top- second- leaf stage.
