诱发枇杷霜冻害的冰核细菌拮抗菌分离与筛选

摘  要:[目的]筛选出具有防除枇杷INA细菌的拮抗菌。[方法]从枇杷根际土壤中分离冰核细菌拮抗菌,对其进行抑菌圈、杀菌能力、破坏冰核活性蛋白能力测定。[结果]从不同海拔地区的根际土壤中共分离得到128个菌株,其中有拮抗效果的有55株,平皿拮抗效果强的有15株,再经拮抗系数比较得到9株强拮抗菌菌株,最后筛选出1株杀菌率达98%、破坏冰核蛋白能力达100%的拮抗菌BL-36。[结论]BL-36既有杀菌效果又有破坏冰核蛋白能力,是具有较好利用前景的防除诱发枇杷霜冻害冰核细菌、减轻枇杷霜冻害的生物防治材料。[Objective] The aim was to screen out antagonistic bacteria to control ice nucleation active bacteria( INA) which induced loquat frost. [Method] INA antagonistic bacteria was screened out from rhizosphere soil of loquat,and then inhibition zone,inhibition ability and the damage of ice nucleation active protein were determined. [Result]Results showed that 128 strains were isolated from the rhizosphere soil at different altitudes,among 55 strains had antagonistic effect,15 strains had strong antagonistic effect. Then through the comparison of antagonistic coefficient,9 strains with strong antagonistic bacteria were acquired. One strain of antagonistic bacterium named BL-36 was screened out finally;its bactericidal rate reached 98%,and the damage of ice nucleation active protein reached 100%. [Conclusion] BL-36 had both bactericidal effect and damage of ice nucleation active protein,and was a biological control of materials which could control INA and reduce loquat frost,so it had a good utilization prospect.
