摘　　要：发达国家的"再工业化"战略和"工业4.0"计划对全球产业分工体系将产生重大影响。打造现代制造新体系应成为上海制造业创新转型的重点方向。针对上海制造业28个行业进行了行业创新破坏性特征和创新能力分析,在此基础上提出了上海制造业创新模式选择。The reindustrialization strategy and ＂industry 4.0＂ plan of the developed countries will have a significant impact on the international industry system. The key direction of innovative transformation of manufacturing industry in Shanghai is to build the new system of modern manufacturing industry. This paper analyses industry destructive characteristics and industry innovation ability in 28 industry of shanghai manufacturing industry, and further proposes the innovation mode of Shanghai manufacturing enterprises on this foundation.
