摘 要:以7个普通野生稻(Oryza rufipogon Griff.)和3个栽培稻(Oryza sativa L.)为材料,研究普通野生稻的花器性状和异交结实率及其相关性。结果表明,普通野生稻的花药长度和宽度、柱头长度和宽度及花粉量均比栽培稻大,但其花粉粒大小、花粉活力、花粉可育度和套袋自交结实率均比栽培稻小。相关分析结果表明,普通野生稻的花药长度与花药宽度、花粉量与花药宽度、柱头长度与柱头宽度、柱头宽度与花柱夹角分别呈显著正相关,花粉可育度与花粉活力呈极显著正相关;普通野生稻与栽培稻的异交结实率与其花器性状和套袋自交结实率之间无显著相关性。In this study, 7 populations of common wild rice (Oryza rufipogon Griff.) and 3 varieties of cultivated rice (Oryza sativa L.) were examined for the floral character and outcrossing rate and their correlations. The results indicated that the length and width of anther and stigma of common wild rice was larger than that of cultivated rice as well as its pollen quantity. On the contrary, the size, viability, fertility of pollen and seed setting rate of self-pollination of common wild rice was less than that of cultivated rice. Subsequently, correlation analysis revealed that there existed significant positive correla- tions between anther length and width, pollen quantity and anther width, stigma length and width, stigma width and angle, pollen fertility and vitality of common wild rice respectively, in which there was a highly significant correlation between pollen fertility and vitality. No significant correlation showed between outcrossing rate of common wild rice with cultivated rice and floral character and seed setting rate of self-pollination of common wild rice.
