摘 要:采用化学方法对粉煤灰进行改性,并运用单因素试验探讨了改性剂浓度、改性时间和灰酸比(m∶V,g/m L下同)等因素对除油效率的影响。通过正交试验确定了粉煤灰的最佳改性条件为:室温,改性剂为0.3 mol/L盐酸溶液,搅拌速度300 r/min,搅拌时间15 min,灰酸比l∶2;确定了改性粉煤灰吸附处理含油废水的工艺条件为:室温,p H〈3,投加量100 g/L,搅拌速度300-350 r/min,搅拌时间2 h,静置12 h。在该工艺条件下,采油废水经粉煤灰吸附处理后,出水含油量由147 mg/L下降至2.3 mg/L,除油率为98.44%。Fly ash was modified by using chemical methods. The conditions for modification of fly ash were optimized, then the modified fly ash was used to treat oil-wastewater and the treatment conditions were also optimized. The result demonstrat- ed best modified conditions of fly clay were the room temperature,0.3 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution, modifying time 15 min and proportion of ash to acid 1:2. The removed rate of oil was as high as 98.44% and oil concentration was 2.3 mg/L which met the first grade national discharges standard for oil-containing wastewater, when the adsorption temperature was at room temperature, pH value was below 3, the dosage of modified fly ash was 100 g/L and the contacting time was 2 h.
