摘 要:为确定铜基杀菌剂防治柑橘炭疽病(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)的潜力,采用水平扩散法和生长速率法对3种铜基杀菌剂进行了室内毒力测定。结果表明,生长速率法可定量测定这3种铜基杀菌剂的毒力;77%氢氧化铜和30%琥胶肥酸铜在设定浓度完全抑制柑橘炭疽病生长,95%葡萄糖酸铜对柑橘炭疽病菌的抑制中浓度EC50=1.62 g/L,浓度不小于8 g/L时,可完全抑制柑橘炭疽病菌的生长。因此,3种铜基杀菌剂皆有防治柑橘炭疽病的潜力。In order to determine the potential of Cu^2+ fungicides in controlling citrus anthraenose, the toxicity of three kinds of Cu^2+ fungicides to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides from citrus were respectively tested by detection of inhibition zone and mycelium growth rate method. The results showed that mycelium growth "rate method can quantitatively measures the toxicity of these Cu^2+ fungicides,77% copper hydroxide and 30% DT completely inhibited the growth of C. gloeosporioides from citrus in setting concentration, the ECso values of 95% copper gluconate was 1.62 g/L,and 95% copper gluconate completely inhibited the growth of C. gloeosporioides from citrus when the concentration was not less than 8 g/L. Therefore, these three kinds of Cu^2+ fungicides all had potential applications in controlling citrus anthracnose.
