摘  要:利用简单重复序列分子标记技术对广西莪术(Curcuma kwangsiensis S.G.Lee et C.F.Liang)种质资源进行了遗传多样性分析。结果表明,筛选出的14对引物在50份广西莪术种质资源中共扩增出78个条带,其中60条呈现多态性,多态性比率为76.92%,反映出广西莪术种质资源在分子水平上存在较大的差异;广西莪术不同种质资源间的差异主要由遗传因素决定,但也与环境因素有关。聚类结果将50份广西莪术种质资源分成2大类,揭示了它们之间的遗传差异,这为今后广西莪术优良品种的选育提供了依据。Simple sequence repeats (SSR) markers were applied to analyze the germplasm genetic diversity of Curcuma kwangsiensis S.G. Lee et C.F.Liang. The results showed that 78 bands were amplified by the 14 primer screened from 50 copies of C. kwangsiensisraw germplasm resources, among which 60 bands showed polymorphism, with polymorphism rate at 76.92 %, revealing obvious variation among C. kwangsiensis gcrmplasm resources at the molecular level. The differences be- tween different germplasm resources was mainly determined by their genetic factors, but also related to environmental factors. According to cluster result, the C. kwangsiensis germplasm resources were divided into two groups, which revealed the genetic differences as well as provided basis for breeding of good varieties.
