摘　　要：为丰富乌蒙乌骨鸡血液生化指标数据,为其人工饲养、疾病预防、肉质研究和保种选育提供依据,试验以饲养的成年乌蒙乌骨鸡为研究对象,对其血液生化指标进行了测定并按性别分组统计进行差异显著性检验。结果表明,乌蒙乌骨鸡血液生化指标中球蛋白含量雌雄之间差异显著(P<0.05),其余各项生化指标雌雄之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。In this study, the blood biochemical index of adult Wumeng chicken were detected and analyzed by significant difference test about genders for enriching the blood biochemical index data of Wumeng chicken, and providing a reference to the artificial feeding, disease prevention, meat quality study, conservation and breeding. The results showed that there had significant difference between male and female Wumeng silky fowl in blood globulin（P〈0.05）, while the other indexes had no significant difference between the two genters （P〉0.05）.
