摘  要:试验考察了乙醇体积分数、液固比、提取时间、提取温度4个因素对忍冬(Lonicera japonica Thunb.)藤总黄酮提取的影响,并采用Box-Behnken试验优化了忍冬藤总黄酮提取工艺。结果表明,4个因素能显著影响忍冬藤总黄酮的提取,并优化得出最佳提取工艺为乙醇体积分数91%、液固比42∶1(m L∶g)、80℃提取2.7 h,此时总黄酮提取率为5.22%,与理论值5.24%相差不大,表明该工艺可行。The effects of ethanol concentration,liquid-solid ratio, and extraction temperature, as well as extraction time on ex- traction of total flavonoids from Lonicera japonica Thunb. were investgated. The process of total flavonoids extraction from Lonicera japonica Thunb. was optimized by Box-Behnken experiment. The results showed that four factors including ethanol concentration, liquid-solid ratio, extraction temperature, and extraction time affected the yield of total flavonoids from Lonicera japonica Thunb. significantly. The optimized process was ethanol concentration 91%, liquid-solid ratio 42:1 (mL/g), extraction temperature 80℃, and extraction time 2.7h. The extraction rate of total flavonoids was 5.22%, compared to the theoretical yield of 5.24%, which was validated well. In conclusion, the optimized technology was feasible.
