摘  要:建立了吡唑醚菌酯在香蕉全蕉及蕉肉中残留量的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)分析方法。试样经乙腈提取,Strata/NH2固相萃取柱净化,采用UPLC-MS/MS测定。方法最小检出量为4×10-13g,方法定量限为0.2μg/kg;在0.01-0.10 mg/kg范围内,吡唑醚菌酯在香蕉全蕉中平均回收率为83%-92%,相对标准偏差为2.0%-2.8%;在蕉肉中平均回收率为85%-98%,相对标准偏差为1.5%-2.2%。该法灵敏、准确,快速,可用于香蕉果肉中吡唑醚菌酯残留量的测定。The UPLC-MS/MS (Ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry) method for detecting pyra- clostrobine in banana was established. The sample was extracted from banana with acetonitrile and clean-up using a strata/NH2 SPE column. Then the sample was analyzed by UPLC-MS/MS.The detection limit for pyraclostrobine was 4×10^-13 g, and the limit of quantitation was 0.2 μg/kg. The RSDs in fruit were in the range of 2.0%-2.8%, and recoveries were in the ranges of 83%-92% with 0.01-0.10mg/kg additive amount. Similarly,the RSDs found in flesh were in the range of 1.5%-2.2%, and recovery were in the ranges of 85%-98%. The method is sensitive,accurate,and rapid for detecting pyraclostrobine in banana.
