HPLC法对点地梅等七种民族药的槲皮素和山奈酚的测定

摘　　要：利用HPLC法测定了7种民族药——点地梅、阴地蕨、地桃花、华中铁角蕨、白马骨、刺三甲、飞龙掌血中的槲皮素和山奈酚含量。以C18色谱柱（100 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）为固定相,以甲醇-0.4%磷酸水（45∶55,V/V）为流动相,柱温30℃,流速0.8 m L/min,检测波长360 nm。结果表明,槲皮素和山奈酚的线性范围为2.5-25.0 mg/m L,相关系数分别为0.999 8和0.999 9;精密度试验RSD（n=5）和稳定性试验RSD（n=5）均小于3%,加样回收率（n=5）达到98%以上。该法简单可靠,重现性好,适用于点地梅等民族药中的槲皮素及山奈酚分析。The contents of quercetin and kaempferol in 7 kinds of national medicine,including Diandimei,Yindijue,Ditaohua, Huazhong tiejiaojue,Baimagu,Cisanjia,Feilongzhangxue,were analyzed by HPLC.The samples were separated on a C18 column （100 mm×4.6 ram,5 μm）at 30 ℃.The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol and 0.4% phosphoric acid water solution （45：55, V/V） with a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 360 nm.The results showed that the calibration curves of two flavonoids were both linear in the range of 2.5-25.0 mg,（mL （r=0.999 8 ,0.999 9）.RSDs of precision, stability were all lower than 3%,the recoveries all above 98%.This method is accurate,sensitive for determining quercetin and kaempferol in national medicines.
