摘　　要：针对老百姓"看病贵、看病难",异地医疗报销不及时等问题,如何利用现有技术对贵阳市现有资源进行有效整合并搭建以人为中心、居民信息统一高效、医疗互联互通、使用便捷、各信息共享的区域化信息医疗平台;最终实现区域医疗协同,居民全程健康服务平台。In view of problems of difficult and expensive medical treatment and not timely offsite medical claims, the existing resources of Guiyang City will be integrated by using current technology. The regionalization medical information sharing platform of people-centered, unified and efficient residents information will be built. This platform can be realized medical interoperability and it is easy to use. Then a platform of the regional medical coordination and residents health service will be realized ultimately.
