摘　　要：海洋产业结构主要包括第一、二、三海洋产业结构,传统、新兴与未来海洋产业结构和部门海洋产业结构等3个方面,我国海洋产业结构日趋完善。海洋产业结构理论的核心是产业结构之间要协调发展,国家在开展海洋宏观经济决策时要充分利用和遵循这一客观规律。Marine industrial structure consists of the following three aspects, primary-secondary- tertiary marine industrial structure, traditional-emerging-future marine industrial structure, and the sector marine industrial structure. Accordingto the analysis and study of this essay, the marine industrial structures in China have improved much better than ever before. Since the core of the industrial structure theory is the coordinative development, the administration should pay more attention and make full use of this objective law when it comes to the decision-making process in the macro-economy management.
