刍论中国武术段位制推广普及的“三动三不动”

摘　　要：采用实地考察、专家访谈等研究方法分析当前中国武术段位制推广普及进程中存在的"三动三不动"问题。主要结论:中国武术段位制推广普及过程中存在"外动内不动"、"上动下不动"和"心动行不动"的现象,影响了武术段位制的全面深入开展,进而制约整个武术标准化、国际化发展。建议:强化监管,切实提高段位制推广普及的质量;将段位制体系评估作为武术行业领域准入机制,切实提高段位制的"含金量";建立武术段位制推广的统一战线;加强武术职能部分对段位制的深入学习和工作认知,提升业务能力和服务意识等。Using the research methods of investigation and expert interview,we analyze the existing problems in the popularization of Chinese Wushu Duan system. The main conclusions are that there are three ＇dos and three dont ＇s in the popularization of Duan,affecting the comprehensive and in-depth development of Wushu system, thus restricting the standardization and internationalization of Wushu. Suggestions are given that we should strengthen supervision and improve the quality of the Duan popularization effectively; the evaluation system of Wushu Duan should be an entry-qualification of this field; we need to establish a united front organization of Wushu promotion and strengthen the function of different departments for the Duan system.
