摘  要:从已经得到的高效脱胶菌株中选出脱胶效果更好、环境条件依赖更小的菌株,并对该菌株进行紫外灯照射处理,通过对比20s,40s,60s照射后的致死率,最后选择了照射60s的条件,诱变后分别测试相应菌株的果胶酶、木聚糖酶、甘露聚糖酶、纤维素酶的活力.结果表明:采取该条件诱变后,菌株的脱胶关键酶的活性均有一定程度的提高,并通过连续测试四代的酶活力,发现各代之间酶活力变化不大,证明诱变后酶活力能稳定遗传.通过3个菌株的脱胶效果的比较,诱变后菌株1-1的脱胶效果较高且稳定.The more efficient in screening has been chosen,andtheless environmental conditions requirements strain of ramie fiber from the efficient strain,which has got already and made a further optimize to the strains with UV light shining.Compared the death rate of 20 s,40s,60 s,I make 60 sto be the right time and test the enzyme activity of pectin,mannan,xylan and cellulose after mutagenesed.The experiment result show that the strains' s key enzyme activity improve at a accepted extent after mutagenesed.Through continuing testing its enzyme activity four generation.Wehave found that the enzyme activity of each generation has a little difference.It identify that the enzyme activity has a stabilization characteristics of genetics after mutagenesed.Comparted the screening effect of the three srains,stthe mutagenesed strain 1-1has a good and stability screening effect.
