摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑推理、归纳演绎等研究方法,研究发现节会与体育旅游有天然的融合基础。但在协同发展程度高的区域内,节会和体验旅游的融合需要战略性思维指导。节会集群和体育旅游圈概念的提出及耦合的路径设计就是解决山东半岛蓝色经济区域内体育旅游与节会进行有效融合的战略选择。By using literature,logic reasoning,induction and deduction methods,this paper finds that the fusion of festivals and sports tourism has a natural base. However,in the highly collaborative development areas,the fusion of festival and sports tourism need strategic thought guidance.Therefore,the proposal of the definition of festival cluster and sports tourism circle and the design of fusion are just the strategic choices,which are to solve the fusion of festival and sports tourism in Shandong peninsula blue economic zone.
