宁阳县农村产权交易现状及策略分析——基于农村产权交易利益相关方的问卷调查为视角

摘　　要：在调研的基础上,总结了宁阳县农村土地承包经营权的流转现状,汇总分析了农户、村干部、土地流入方、政府农业部门工作人员四个群体对农村产权交易的看法,结合国家政策导向,对农村产权交易的发展趋势进行研究,进而提出构建农村产权交易平台等策略,以促进宁阳县农村产权交易的健康发展。On the base of the survey of the questionnaires,the paper concludes the present situation of rural land transfer in Ningyang county,then to analyze the standpoint of rural property transactions on four groups of the peasant,the village cadre,the land- transferred- to- party and the government department staff of agriculture,to research the trends of rural property transactions based on national policy guidance. At the end,the author makes several suggestions as building the rural assets and equity exchange of Ningyang county to promote the healthy development of rural property transactions.
