莫沙必利与培菲康联合治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨莫沙必利与培菲康联合治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2011年2月至2013年3月在该院进行治疗的120例功能性便秘患者,按照随机数字表格法分为A、B、C三组,每组40例,A组给予莫沙必利与培菲康联合治疗,B组给予莫沙必利治疗,C组给予培菲康治疗,治疗疗程为5周,停药后分析临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果 A组患者临床治疗有效率为90.00%,高于B组(60.00%)、C组(47.50%)(P<0.05);A组患者的复发率为7.50%,低于B组(37.50%)、C组(40.00%)(P<0.05);A组不良反应发生率10.00%;B组不良反应发生率7.50%;C组不良反应发生率7.50%;三组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论莫沙必利与培菲康联合治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效良好,且安全可靠,复发率低,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical safety and efficacy of mosapride combined with bifico in the treatment of functional constipation.Methods 120 cases of functional constipation in our hospital from February2011 to March 2013 were selected and divided into three group A,B and C with 40 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The group A was given the combination therapy of mosapride and bifico,the group B was treated with mosapride and the group C was given with bifico for 5weeks.The clinical effect and the occurrence rate of adverse reactions after stopping drug were analyzed.Results The effective rate in the group A was90.00%,which was higher than 60.00%in the group B and 47.50%in the group C（P〈0.05）;the relapse rate in the group A was 7.50%,which was lower than 37.50% and 40.00%in the group B and C（P〈0.05）;the occurrence rate of adverse reactions was 10.00%in the group A,7.50%in the B group and 7.50%in the group C,the difference had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Mosapride combined with bifico has a good clinical curative effect in the treatment of functional constipation,which is safe and reliable with low recurrence rate and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
