心理干预对^(131)I治疗甲状腺功能亢进的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨实施心理干预对131I治疗甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)的临床疗效及影响。方法将该院2010年1月至2011年12月288例服用131I治疗甲亢的患者随机分成两组。心理干预组144例,应用131I治疗的同时针对性地进行合理有效的心理护理;常规治疗组144例,单纯应用131I常规治疗。比较两组患者的治愈率、复发率、临床症状改善率、精神症状改善率以及对治疗的满意度。结果心理干预组与常规治疗组比较,甲亢的治愈率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),甲亢的复发率、自觉症状改善率、患者易怒、紧张、恐惧等精神性表现改善率以及对治疗过程及结果的满意度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性的心理干预应用于131I治疗甲亢患者,能明显改善其临床效果,提高患者生活质量及患者对治疗的满意度。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and influences of implementing the mental intervention in the 131 I treatment of hyperthyroidism.Methods 288 patients with hyperthyroidism receiving the 131 I treatment in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 were randomly divided into two groups.The mental intervention group（144cases）was given the targeted rational and effective mental interventions and routine 131 I treatment;the routine treatment group（144cases）adopted only the routine 131 I treatment without any special mental intervention.The cure rate,recurrence rate,improvement rate of clinical symptoms,improvement rate of psychiatric symptoms and the treatment satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The difference in the cure rate of hyperthyroidism between mental intervention group and routine treatment group was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.But the recurrence rate,improvement rate of clinical symptoms,improvement rate of psychiatric symptoms such as irritability,tension,fear,etc,and the treatment satisfaction degree had the statistically significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Implementing targeted mental interventions in hyperthyroidism patients receiving the 131 I treatment can obviously improve the clinical effect and enhance the patient′s life quality,has a great help for improving the subjective symptoms and therefore greatly increase their satisfaction degree for the treatment.
