摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈在降低神经外科患者术后意外拔管率中的应用效果。方法:成立品管圈小组,运用品质管理圈管理方法管理神经外科术后患者。结果:实施品管圈管理后神经外科患者术后意外拔管率从10.90%降低至4.20%,达到预期目标。结论:品管圈活动对降低神经外科术后患者意外拔管率效果明显,确保了患者安全,提高了护理质量。Objective：To investigate the application effect of the quality control circle activities in reducing the unplanned extubation of postoperative patient in neurosurgery. Methods：To use the quality control circle to manage postoperative patient in neurosurgery. Results：Through quality management circle activ-ities,the rate of the unplanned extubation of postoperative patient in neurosurgery from 10. 90% down to 4. 20% which achieved the expected goals. Conclu-sion：The quality control circle activities in reducing the unplanned extubation effect of postoperative patient in neurosurgery is remarkable,ensure patient safety and improve the nursing quality.
