摘　　要：目的：探讨新生儿科无创辅助通气患儿鼻塞固定的最佳干预策略。方法：选择2012年8～12月无创辅助通气患儿55例为对照组，选择2013年1~5月无创辅助通气患儿60例为试验组，对照组采用常规护理措施，试验组采用集束化干预策略。比较两组患儿鼻部皮肤损伤及朝天鼻发生率。结果：试验组患儿鼻部皮肤损伤、朝天鼻发生率均低于对照组（P 〈0.05）。结论：实施集束干预策略能有效降低无创辅助通气患儿鼻部皮肤损伤及朝天鼻的发生率。Objective：To investigate neonatal nasal obstruction in children with non - invasive ventilatory support optimal intervention strategies fixed. Meth-ods：A retrospective noninvasive ventilatory support children with undeveloped cluster of intervention strategies from Aug. - Dec. 2012 55 cases of the con-trol group,chose to carry out from January - May 2013 intervention strategies cluster of noninvasive ventilatory support children with 60 cases for the experi-mental group. Compared nasal skin damage and ＆quot; overturned nose＆quot; after bundling incidence of intervention of two groups. Results：The occurate of nasal skin damage and ＆quot; overturned nose＆quot; in experimentral group were lower than in control group. Conclusion：Implementation of cluster intervention strategies can ef-fectively lower the incidence of non - invasive ventilatory support children with nasal skin damage and overturned nose.
