摘　　要：目的：探讨振幅整合脑电图（aEEG）的干扰因素及护理要点。方法：选择我科2014年1～12月住院行aEEG监测的足月缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）患儿98例，分析操作及监测中的干扰因素，采取针对性的护理措施。结果：通过分析振幅整合脑电图监测过程的干扰因素并实施相应的护理，提高了振幅整合脑电图结果的准确性。结论：有效的护理可避免干扰因素对aEEG结果的影响，为疾病的诊断提供可靠的准确的信息。Objective ： To discuss the key points of nursing for the integrated EEG of amplitude. Methods ： From January 2014 to December 2014,98 patients with term aEEG were monitored by HIE, and the interference factors in operation and monitoring were analyzed. Results：The interference factor of the EEG monitoring process and the corresponding nursing were analyzed, and the accuracy of the EEG results were improved. Conclusion：The effective nursing can avoid the interference factor to the effect of aEEG results,and provide reliable and accurate information for the diagnosis of the disease.
