摘 要:目的:探讨体检中心实施人性化服务的需求和相应对策。方法:选取2012年5月~2014年4月来我院体检中心进行体检的人员共144例作为研究对象,随机等分为试验组和对照组,试验组给予人性化护理服务,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组体检人员对护理服务满意度情况。结果:试验组患者的满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结iS:体检中心实施人性化护理服务不仅能够提高工作效率,更能够得到客户的肯定。Objective:To investigate the need and countermeasures of humanistic nursing service in physical examination center. Methods:Selected 144 peo- ple who conducted physical examination in our hospital from May 2012 to April 2014 as the reference object. They were divided into two groups at random, compared and analyzed the advantages of high quality nursing service and nursing work and evaluated its value in use. Results : The experimental group pa- tient's satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, there was significant differences ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : High quality nursing service in the im- plementation of the inspection center not only can improve the work efficiency, but also can be sure the client.
