摘 要:设计并制造出对心式低脉动度脉动式无级变速器的实验样机,详细阐述了其基本结构与传动原理。采用试验研究的方法对其传动效率进行研究,搭建实验平台,并进行传动效率实验。实验结果表明,新型机的功率损失随输出转矩的增大先近似线性增加,后又趋于缓慢并且逐渐开始下降;在许用的输出转矩范围,新型机的传动效率与输出转矩呈线性关系。An experimental prototype of in - line, low pulse pulsing continuously variable transmission (CVT) is designed and manufactured, its basic structure and working principle are introduced in detail. The transmission efficiency of CVT is investigated by experimental method, a transmission efficiency test bench of the CVT is established, and the transmission efficiency experiment of the CVT is carried out. The experiment results show that the power losses of the CVT almost linearly increases with the increasing of the output torque, then in- creases gradually after a peak and tends to be stable, and decreases later. The transmission efficiency of the CVT and output torque is linear relationship within the allowable range.
