摘 要:气孔敏感性是研究自保护药芯焊丝的关键。为改善自保护药芯焊丝的气孔敏感性,以Ba F2-Fe2O3-Al-Mg渣系自保护药芯焊丝为研究对象,通过气孔敏感性试验,研究了药芯组分对气孔的影响。研究结果表明:过高的残余Al恶化韧性。低温韧性与夹杂物的尺寸、残余Al含量、微合金化元素含量、焊缝中残余O与N含量等均有关系,最佳的O含量范围为:合理控制焊缝各微量元素含量可有效提高熔敷金属低温韧性。How to enhance the low temperature toughness of the deposited metal is the critical index. In order to improve the low temperature toughness of self-shielded flux cored wire, In the paper, Ba F2-Fe2O3-Al-Mg slag system was selected as basis slag system. By controlling the residual Al amount, carrying out the test of low temperature impact toughness of the deposited metal, then giving the analysis to structure and its inclusion, conclude that higher the residual Al content in deposited metal had a worse impact on the toughness. Toughness impact depended on the shape and sizes of inclusion, the residual Al content, trace elements content, O and N content, optimum ratio of aluminum to oxygen in weld metal. The additions of trace element will help to maintain the relatively higher toughness. Therefore, the present work has a certain theoretical significance and practical value.
