摘　　要：文章以新疆和田地区墨玉县的国家级非物质文化遗产维吾尔族桑皮纸制作技艺为例,探讨非物质文化遗产的生产性保护中传承与生产、生产与营销、营销与保护的辩证关系,同时也提出一些可能有助于进一步完善生产性保护的措施。The paper took the paper skill made by MORUS ALBA of Uighur people as an example,which is national intangible cultural heritage in Moyu county,Hotan prefecture,Xinjiang,discussed the dialectical relationship between inheritance and production,production and marketing,marketing and productive protection of intangible cultural heritage,and proposed some possible effective methods for perfecting the productive protection.
