基于网络DEA模型的新疆高等教育系统与区域经济发展的耦合分析

摘　　要：随着新疆经济发展从"粗放型"向"集约型"转变,知识和技术进步越来越成为经济增长的重要因素。文章运用网络DEA方法对新疆高等教育系统全要素生产率变动和区域经济系统全要素生产率变动进行了测度,对高等教育系统与区域经济系统进行了耦合分析,提出稳步提升新疆高等教育子系统自身的全要素生产率,是促进本地区域经济增长的关键。Following the transition of economic development mode of Xinjiang,from ' extensive' to 'intensive',knowledge and technology play more important roles in economic progress. The paper took the method of network DEA as a tool to measure alteration of total factor productivity in higher education system and regional economic system of Xinjiang,and made coupling analysis on both system,and proposed that it is a key to advance total factor productivity of higher education subsystem to promote regional economic progress.
