体育公共服务视角下体育社会组织价值作用及制约因素研究

摘　　要：在体育公共服务的视角下研究体育社会组织的价值作用及制约因素,会对体育公共服务工作的开展和体育社会组织自身的发展产生重要意义。研究表明:体育公共服务视角下体育社会组织的价值作用体现在是政府面向大众开展体育公共服务工作的主要角色、是体育公共服务工作走向社会化发展之路的重要途径、是建立健全体育公共服务体系的重要组成;体育社会组织的发展受经济发展及国家区域发展战略实施、政府及相关部门认识、体育公共服务工作开展、相关体育社会组织发展政策法规、体育社会组织自身发展、居民自身等因素制约。value functions and restriction factors of sports social organizations under the perspective of sports public service at- taches great importance to the carryout of the service and the development of the organization. Study shows that the value functions of the social organizations embody in ： that the government plays the main role in implementing the mass sports public service work ; the important means that sports public service work sets its feet on the social development road ; the key part in establishing and perfecting the sports public service system. And the restriction factors which influence the develop- ment of the sports social organization include the strategy implementation of the national economy the regional development; the cognition of the government and the related departments ; the carryout of the sports public service work ; the relevant poli- cies and regulations; the development of the organization and residents themselves.
