摘　　要：传承与发展我国民族传统体育对"美丽中国"建设意义重大。目前民众参与意识不强、基层管理与项目发展规划滞后、保障制度不完善等影响着民族传统体育传承与发展。如何促进民族传统体育现代传承与发展,需要在民众主体认识和传播能力建设、管理与规划建设及制度保障建设等方面引起重视,并采取一些有效手段。Heritage and development of traditional national sports is of great significance to achieve this goal. Whereas, the public participation is less apparent and grass - roots management and planning is less efficient. Some difficulties exist in se- curity system. How to promote modem heritage and development of traditional national sports become an issue which we need to take some measures to build management, to plan and construct. Meanwhile, institutional guarantee is required to be con- structed.
