河北省陆域经济发展与海洋环境耦合关系研究

摘　　要：纵观历史,沿海地区一直是经济发展的前沿地带。21世纪以来,世界各国将眼光纷纷投向海洋,一方面,沿海地区依靠海洋资源取得了经济上的快速发展;另一方面,不合理的开发利用也给海洋环境带来了负面影响。因此,寻求两者的协调发展成为人们关注的热点。研究河北省陆域经济与海洋环境的耦合关系旨在了解陆域经济与海洋环境协同发展状况,为合理调整陆域和海洋产业布局,促进资源有效利用及推动沿海经济持续发展提供重要科学依据。在已有研究成果的基础上,以河北省经济和生态环境2001—2013年的相关统计数据为依据,运用主成分分析法对河北省海洋生态环境进行综合评价,运用容量耦合系数模型,计算河北省陆域经济与海洋环境之间的耦合度。分析结果表明:两个系统基本上处于低水平耦合和拮抗两个阶段,即前期河北陆域经济发展水平较低,海洋环境生态系统承载力强,而后期则处于经济快速发展,海洋环境承载力逐渐下降阶段。The coastal areas have been the forefront of economic development zone in the world. Since the 21 st century, the countries of the world were focus on the ocean. On the one hand, coastal area has achieved rapid economic development relied in marine resources; on the other hand, the unreasonable development and utilization cause negative influence on the marine ecological environment. Therefore, seeking a coordinated development of both is becoming a hot spot. The aim of the study is to understand the coordinated development conditions of land regional economy and marine environment of Hebei. It is also an important scientific basis for adjusting industrial layout of land and marine reasonably, and promoting the effective utilization of resources and the sustainable development of coastal economy. On the basis of previous research, according to the economy and environment statistics from 2001 to 2013 of Hebei province, the comprehensive evaluation of Hebei marine environment was done with main component analysis method, and the coupling degree between land economy and marine environment of Hebei Province was calculated by using of the coupling coefficients mode. Then, the analysis results show that the system is almost in the antagonistic low coupling and antagonistic periods. Namely Hebei economic development level for land is low, and the marine environment ecosystem carrying capacity is strong in the early. While the late Hebei economy for land develops rapidly, and the marine environmental of carrying pollutants capacity declines gradually. So, it is imminent to take the necessary measures to promote the coordinated development of both.
