摘　　要：目的了解上海市嘉定区医疗机构临床检验质量管理现状、存在的问题,并探索解决对策。方法采用现场调查、问卷调查、检验质量监测评价的方法对嘉定区开展临床检验服务的34家医疗机构进行调查。结果公立医疗机构检验质量管理现况、检验人员质量管理掌握情况以及监测评价项目合格率均好于民办医疗机构。结论目前嘉定区医疗机构临床检验质量管理工作存在许多问题,建议从完善相关法律法规、加强检验人员培训、加强与行业部门的沟通协作、鼓励并提倡发展医学独立实验室等方面着手,促进对临床检验质量的有效管理。Objective To understand the status quo of the quality management of clinical laboratory in Jiading District, to explore the problems and the solutions. Methods By field survey, questionnaire and sample test, 34 medical institutes which provide clinical testing services were investigated. Results The quality management, the average score of questionnaire, and the qualified rate of test samples of clinical laboratory in public medical institutions were better than that in private ones. Conclusion At present, there are still many problems in the quality management of clinical laboratory in Jiading District; Therefore, we suggest the administrative department of public health beginning from amending and improving the legal content, strengthening professional training, strengthening the cooperation between departments,encouraging and promoting the development of independent medical laboratories; to promote the management of clinical laboratory quality.
