2011-2013年锦州市公共场所用品卫生监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解公共场所公共用品的卫生状况,为加强监督管理提供依据。方法依照《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》要求,采用SPSS15.0软件,对锦州市2011-2013年公共场所公共用品监测的结果进行统计分析。结果2011-2013年累计检测公共场所用品用具3165份,平均合格率为:96.65%;2011年、2012年和2013年合格率分别为:89.86%、98.25%和99.56%,三年合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=160.07,P<0.01)。在行业消毒合格率方面,宾馆酒店业消毒合格率最高,为97.15%,美容美发业最低,为93.28%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.55,P<0.01);在样品合格率中,杯具类最高,为97.91%,洗浴类最低为93.75%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.08,P<0.01)。结论锦州市公共场所公共用品的卫生消毒质量呈逐年提高趋势,但仍需加强美容美发业的卫生监管力度,提高其卫生消毒质量。Objective To analyze hygienic of quality pubic goods in public places in Jin Zhou City and provide scientific basis for supervision and management. Methods According to Standard Examination Methods for Public Place and SPSS15.0 software were used to analyze the results about entrusted text in Jin Zhou City from 2011 to 2013. Results There were3165 samples in public places. The total percent of the pass was 96.65% and the pass rates were 89.86%,98.25% and99.56% from 2011 to 2013.There was an important difference between them（ χ2=160.07,P〈0.01）.In the different kinds of places,the pass rate of hotel and restaurant（97.15%） was the highest,while the barber＇s shop and beauty parlor（93.28%）was the lowest and there was an important difference between them（ χ2=14.55,P〈0.01）. In the different kinds of samples,the pass rate of cup（97.91%） was the highest,while the public bathroom（93.75%） was the lowest. there was an important difference between them（ χ2=7.08,P 0.01）. Conclusion The quality of sanitation and disinfection in public places was increased year by year,but the supervision of the barber＇s shop and beauty parlor places should be strengthened and enhance the hygienic level of the public places.
