摘  要:目的了解黔东南州农田土壤中蛔虫卵污染情况,为开展蛔虫防控提供依据。方法根据《贵州省农村环境卫生监测项目技术方案》,对黔东南州凯里、镇远、麻江、丹寨4个县(市)的农田土壤进行蛔虫卵监测。结果 2011-2012年两年共采集农田土壤160份,蛔虫卵检出率为41.88%,活虫卵检出率为37.50%;2011-2012年蛔虫卵检出率分别为37.50%、46.25%,活虫卵检出率分别为37.50%、23.75%,年份之间蛔虫卵检出率比较及活虫卵检出率比较差异均无统计学意义(χ2=0.13、χ2=3.56,P﹥0.05)。4县(市)农田土壤蛔虫卵检出率比较以及活虫卵检出率比较差异均无统计学意义(χ2=0.69、χ2=1.03,P﹥0.05)。结论黔东南州农田土壤蛔虫卵污染状况比较突出;应实施粪便无害化处理,降低土壤土源性线虫卵的污染率和污染度。Objective In order to know the ascaris eggs farmland soil contamination of Qian east south prefec- ture, provide the basis for carry roundworm prevention. Methods According to the Guizhou province rural en- vironmental health monitoring project technical solutions, selected townships from the 4 counties ( KaiLi/Zhe- nYuan/MaJiang/DanZhai) of Qian east south prefecture , collected the farmland soil to tasting. Results Dur- ing 2011 -2012, we have collected 160 soil samples , ascaris eggs detection rate was 41.88%, living ascar- is eggs detection rate was 37.50% ; ascaris eggs detection rate in 2011, 2012 were 37.50%, 46. 25% re- spectively, and living ascaris eggs detection rate were 37.50%, 23.75% respectively ; Compare ascaris eggs detection rate and living ascaris eggs detection rate between 2011 to 2012 have no statistical significance all (X2 =0. 13, X2 =3.56, P 〉0. 05) . Four counties of farmland soil ascaris eggs comparative detection rate and the living eggs detection rate had no statistical significance (X2 = 0. 69, X2 = 1.03, P 〉 0. 05) . Conclusions Farmland soil pollution status of Qian east south prefecture was relatively serious, and we should implement fe- ces harmless treatment to reducing the soil source nematode eggs pollution degree and rate.
