石家庄市二甲以上医院不同诊疗科室2014年介入放射工作人员个人剂量监测结果与分析

摘　　要：目的了解石家庄市二甲以上医院从事不同诊疗科室的介入放射工作人员职业性外照射的个人剂量情况。方法选取石家庄市二甲以上所有医院的504名介入放射工作人员,采用热释光监测方法,结合相关标准进行评价分析。结果省级医院介入放射工作人员平均年有效剂量当量为1.87 m Sv,市级医院人均年有效剂量为1.73 m Sv,县级医院介入工作人员人均年有效剂量为2.24 m Sv;综合分析不同科室的介入放射工作人员,心内科介入放射工作人员年剂量为1.63 m Sv/a,神经外科为1.85 m Sv/a,神经内科为1.66 m Sv/a,导管室为2.37 m Sv/a,骨科为2.33 m Sv/a,血管外科介入为1.82 m Sv/a;年剂量的频数分布在0 m Sv^1 m Sv所占的比例最高,为48.2%,导管室和骨科介入放射工作人员年剂量当量与其他科室相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论石家庄市二甲以上医院绝大多数放射工作人员年有效剂量在标准限值(20 m Sv/a)以下,导管室和骨科介入放射工作人员个人剂量较其他科室数值较高。Objective In order to learn about the individual dose situation of radiation workers in the occupation of external irradiation in different clinical departments to hospitals above Second - B Level of Shijiazhuang cit- y. Methods Select 504 interventional radiology staff from the second grade hospitals and above all the hospitals in Shijiazhuang, and use the thermo luminescence monitoring method, to evaluate and analyze combined with the relevant standards. Results The average annual effective dose equivalent is 1.87mSv to the radiation work- ers in the provincial hospital, the average annual effective dose equivalent is 1.73mSv to the radiation workers in municipal hospital, the average annual effective dose equivalent is 2. 24mSv to the radiation workers in the county hospital; Comprehensive analyze the interventional radiology staff in different departments, the annual dose about the department of Cardiology interventional radiology staff is 1.63 mSv/a. The annual dose about the department of neurosurgery is 1.85 mSv/a. The annual dose about the department of neurology is 1.66 mSv/a. The annual dose about the catheter room is 2. 37 mSv/a. The annual dose about the department of or- thopedicsis 2. 33 mSv/a. The annual dose about the department of vascular surgeryis 1.82 mSv/a. The frequen- cy distribution of annual dose for the highest proportion of lmSv -5mSv is 39. 3%, compared with other sec- tions , catheter room and department of orthopedics interventional equivalent annual dose of radiation workers have significant statistical difference （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions The most radiation workers annual effective dose is under the standard limit value （20 mSv/a） . The individual dose of radiation workers in catheter room and department of orthopedics is higher than other departments.
