摘  要:目的建立并验证吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法测定水中苯甲醚和8种苯系物的多组分分析方法。方法水样和内标注入吹扫捕集的吹扫管中,于室温下吹脱、捕集、解吸入毛细管气相色谱仪中,组分经程序升温色谱分离后用质谱仪检测,内标法定量测定。结果通过4家单位的验证,该方法在一定范围内有良好的线性关系;相关系数均≥0.999,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.2%~7.9%之间,样品加标回收率在90%~112%之间。结论用吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法测定水中苯甲醚和8种苯系物,方法操作简便,测定结果可靠,能满足水质日常检测工作的要求。Objective To establish and verify the a muhicomponent analysis method for quantitative detection of anisole and 8 benzenes in water by purge and trap gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. Methods Water and internal standard was purged into the purge and trap apparatus. Anisole and 8 benzenes in water were purged and trapped, then desorbed to transfer the analyzes onto a capillary GC column , which is temperature programmed to optimize the separation of and analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry, the internal standard method were used in quantification. Results Though 4 units'identification, this method showed good linear relationship in certain range; the correlation coefficient were all ≥ 0. 999, RSD were between 0. 2% - 7.9% , the recoveries rates were between 90% - 112%. Conclusions The method is simple, accurate, and suitable for the analysis of Anisole and 8 benzenes in water, could meet the requirements of daily detection work.
