摘　　要：结合地铁近年来开展的隐患排查治理工作,梳理了安全隐患管理的思路。按照分层次、分级别、分专业的闭环管理理论进行隐患管理体系的构建,提出适合北京地铁的隐患六环节闭环管理模式,明确了闭环管理的组织机构和责任体系,梳理了隐患管理的工作流程,开发了北京地铁网络化隐患信息管理平台。北京地铁隐患管理可为其他城市构建地铁安全隐患管理长效机制提供借鉴和参考。Combined with the recent investigation and man- agement of potential safety hazard （PSH） in Bei]ing sub- way, the management of PSH is outlined. According to the closed-loop management theory, PSH management is classi- fied as hierarchical, leveling and professional perspectives, a six-link closed-loop model proper for the management of PSH in Beijing subway is proposed, which makes clear the closed-loop management organization and responsibility systems. By summing up the PSH management processes in Beijing subway, an information management platform is established. This platform will provide a new reference to es- tablish the long-term mechanism of PSH management in other Chinese cities.
