超声探头校准中信息管理自动化的研究

摘　　要：针对计量工作中出具检定证书需要耗费大量时间及精力,且Word版的证书易被随意编辑等问题,提出在VC++开发平台下,基于OLE技术,自动生成检定证书并将证书文档图片化的方法。该方法综合运用了模板对象、书签定位及光标跳转等技术,实现了对Word的自动化操作;利用虚拟打印技术实现了Word文档批量图片化。该方法成功应用于某工程项目超声探伤设备自动检定系统的证书自动生成工作中,提高了证书的正确性和规范性,保护了计量部门的版权。Focusing on the problem of issuing the certificate requires a lot of time and effort in the work of metrology and validation, and the word version of the certificate can be easily edited, and put forward a method based on OLE technology in the VC＋＋ development platform which can automatically generate verification certificate and make the document converted to pictures. This method integrated use of template objects, bookmark locating, cursor tracking and other technologies realized the function of word automation; using virtual printing technology to achieve a batch conversion from word document to image. This method was applied to certificate automatically generation in a automatic verification system of ultrasonic flaw detection equipment successfully. It improved the validity and normativeness of the certificate greatly and protect the copyright of metrology department.
