摘 要:结合某混凝土连续刚构桥做了预应力摩阻系数测试试验,用其原理得出了预应力摩阻系数值,并与设计值与规范规定值进行了比较。结果表明,试验值比设计值和规范规定值都大,究其原因主要是受预应力波纹管材料和施工的影响。为了尽可能地减小施工中的摩阻,从而减少由此引起的预应力损失,对预应力波纹管在材质要求、定位安装、接长连接、穿入芯管和工序检查等关键步骤提出了具体建议。The paper investigates the prestressed friction coefficient test of concrete continuous rigid frame bridge The prestressed friction coefficient values were obtained with the principle of least squares, and were compared with the design value and the specification value. The results show that experimental value larger than both of them. Materials and construction of prestressed bellows accounted for the major. In order to minimize the friction in construction, thereby reducing the loss of prestress, the author with actual construction experience advised relevant recommendations of prestressed bellows in material requirements, locating and installation, connection, penetrate the core pipe, process checks.
