摘　　要：近几年房屋设计及施工质量问题导致众多建筑出现渗漏水情况,针对目前国内设计院做施工图时普遍存在的忽视防水设计以及对防水设计认识深度不够的情况,通过一些实际案例,分别从屋面、外墙及地下室渗漏水的发生原因进行分析,对建筑施工图设计中的外围护结构防水处理方法和节点设计进行了一些系统的归纳和总结,对一些问题提出了相应的解决方案。Water leakage was often detected in buildings in recent years due to problems in building design and construction quality. Considering waterproof design was often neglected by domestic institutes in their construction drawings, this paper introduced some practical cases and analyzed the reasons for water leakage in roof, external wall and basement. It systematically summarized some waterproof treatment methods and node design methods for enclosure structure in architectural construction drawings, and proposed relevant solutions for some problems.
