摘  要:研究了碳化硅铝基复合材料砂轮的堵塞理论及原因,使用超景深显微镜观测测量了磨屑在磨粒之间气孔中的堵塞体积,通过正交试验分析研究了磨削参数对砂轮堵塞体积的影响程度。实验结果表明:磨削碳化硅铝基复合材料时砂轮的堵塞类型主要是粘着型堵塞;磨削参数中进给速度对砂轮堵塞体积的影响最大,砂轮线速度次之,磨削深度的影响最小;在相同的磨削参数下,超声辅助可以有效改善砂轮的堵塞状况,延长砂轮的使用寿命。Formation mechanism of the wheel loading of grinding SiC p / Al composites is researched. The volume of abrasive dust loading between the abrasive particles is measured by super depth of field microscope and the effect on the volume of grinding wheel loading of grinding parameters is studied by orthogonal experiments. The experimental results show that the adhesive blockage is the main type when grinding SiC p /Al composites,and the feed speed of grinding wheel has the biggest effect on the volume of grinding wheel loading,followed by the grinding wheel speed,the grinding depth smallest. Under the same grinding parameters,the loading situation of the grinding wheel can be improved by ultrasonic vibration,and the service life of the grinding wheel can be prolonged.
