普通车床加工马鞍形曲面的工艺装置设计与研究

摘　　要：在普通车床上,不经过改造机床任何结构,只需增加工艺装置来完成车削管子端部马鞍形曲面坡口,该装置通过端面凸轮的导向作用,由滑套等装置带动工件旋转并同时作轴向移动,工件旋转一周并同时在轴线方向往复运动两次,这样即可车削出管接头马鞍形曲面坡口。通过调换装置中不同的端面凸轮,可以完成不同规格和不同形状的马鞍形曲面焊接坡口的加工。On the lathe,the machine without any structural alteration,simply adds devices to complete the process of turning the tube ends saddle surface groove,the guiding role of the device by the end face of the cam,and other devices driven by the sleeve and at the same time as the axis of rotation of the workpiece to move the workpiece rotation and reciprocation simultaneously twice in the axial direction,so can pipe fitting saddle surface turning a groove. Processing by means of different exchange face cam,can perform different sizes and different shapes of curved saddle welding groove.
