摘  要:为解决深色灯芯绒织物的摩擦牢度,研究了深色灯芯绒织物的湿态摩擦规律及受力状况,比较了市售5种固色剂的固色效果,在此基础上试制了固色剂SD—A,并分析和解决了工厂放样中出现的问题。结果表明,纬绒是影响摩擦牢度的主要因素,固色剂SD—A能提高深色灯芯绒织物的干湿摩擦牢度达2-3级,优化的浸轧工艺参数为:固色剂SD-A60g/L,170℃焙烘3min。In order to improve wet rubbing fastness of deep dyed cotton corduroy fabric, the rule of the wet rubbing fastness and the stress condition of deep dyed corduroy fabric was investigated. The fixing effect of 5 commercial fixing agents was compared and a new fixing agent was trial-produced. The problems in factory large scale producing were analyzed and solved. The result shows that the main factor affecting the rubbing fastness is the velveteen, the fixing agent SD-A can improve the dry and wet fastnesses to 2-3 grade. The optimal padding process is as follows: fixing agent SD-A 60 g/L, curing temperature 170 ℃ for 3 rain.
