一浴练染酶ES在棉机织物上前处理的应用

摘　　要：一浴练染酶ES是是一种高科技的生物酶环保产品,主要用于棉布、纱线和一般的棉织物在染色前生物半漂白整理工序。应用一浴练染酶ES和双氧水对棉机织物进行前处理,测试了棉织物经过前处理后的白度、毛效以及断裂拉伸强力,然后探讨出一浴练染酶ES在棉机织物前处理上应用的最佳工艺并与传统工艺处理棉织物的效果作对比,传统工艺的处理方法为用烧碱、精炼剂,双氧水、稳定剂等多种助剂来进行前处理。最终得出一浴练染酶对棉织物的前处理工艺优于传统工艺的处理效果,一浴练染酶ES处理棉机织物的最佳工艺为:一浴练染酶ES 30 g/L,100%双氧水20 g/L,浴比1∶20,常温下加入一浴练染酶,45℃下开始加入双氧水,90℃保温60 min,可以很好地对绵织物进行前处理。One bath scouring enzyme ES is a high-tech environmental friendly biological enzyme product, which is mainly used in half-bleaching process for cotton, yarn and cotton fabric before dyeing. One bath scouring enzyme ES and hydrogen peroxide were employed in pretreatment process of cotton fabric, and the whiteness, capillary effect and tensile strength of cotton fabric before and after the pretreatment were tested. The optimized process of one bath scouring enzyme ES in cotton fabric pretreatment was then summarized and compared with traditional pretreatment process of cotton fabric in which caustic soda process, refining agent, hydrogen peroxide, stabilizer and other additives were used. The one bath scouring enzyme ES pretreatment was more effective than traditional process of cotton fabric. The optimized one bath scouring enzyme ES process and satisfying pretreatment effect can be obtained with one bath scouring enzyme ES 30 g/L, hydrogen peroxide （100%） 20 g/L, bath ratio 1 ： 20. And the one bath scouring enzyme was added in ambient temperature while hydrogen peroxide was added at 45 ℃, followed by a heat preservation process at 90℃ for 60 min.
