摘  要:研究了NF活性染料的染色性能,探讨了各因素对染色效果的影响。结果表明:NF活性染料吸湿率较大,三原色的Rf值相近;纯碱用量和温度对NF活性染料影响较小,元明粉用量对NF活性染料上染率的影响较大,元明粉用量为30~50g/L时,染色浴比可选择1:10~1:15;Cu2+对NF-BG蓝和NF-3B红影响较大,Fe2+和Ca2+对NF活性染料的影响总体较小;NF活性染料对锦纶的沾色较轻,三原色只能用于染中浅色;NF活性染料皂洗牢度、耐光牢度和摩擦牢度较好;NF-3B红和NF-GR黄汗渍牢度和水渍牢度较差,NF-3B红耐氯牢度差,只有1级。Dyeing properties and influence factors of NF reactive dyes were investigated. The results showed that: hygroscopicity of NF reactive dyes is relatively high and the Rf value of three primary colors is similar. The usage of sodium carbonate and the temperature put little effect on dyeing effect, while the usage of sodium sulfate shows significant effect on dye uptake, the recommended usage of sodium sulfate is 30-50 g/L and dye bath ratio ranges 1 : 10-1 : 15. Cu2+shows great influence on Blue NF-BG and Red NF-3B, while the influence of Fe3+ and Ca2+ is relatively less. Nylon staining of NF reactive dyes is less, but the three primary dyes can only be used for light dyeing. The washing fastness, light fastness and rubbing fastness are pretty good, the perspiration fastness and water fastness of Red NF-3B and Yellow NF-GR are poor and the chlorine fastness of Red NF-3B is only 1 scale.
