摘　　要：在系统梳理住宅产业化、新型建筑工业化等概念的基础上,总结了两种常见装配式混凝土建筑防水设计的基本原则,指出材料密封和构造防排水在装配式混凝土结构的预制墙板接缝防水中居于主导地位,应高度重视相关密封材料及配套材料的研发及施工质量的提升。The definitions of housing industrialization and new building industrialization were interpreted firstly. The basic principles of two types of precast concrete structure were summarized. This article pointed out that material sealing and structure waterproofing-drainage were in a leading position in precast wall joint waterproofing of precast concrete structure. It can be concluded that more attention should be paid on research and development of the sealants and supporting materials, as well as the construction quality.
