摘  要:轻质材料的应用是实现汽车轻量化的有效途径之一。通过研究国内外汽车公司在车身领域的最新成果,结合上汽的车型开发经验,提出了车身材料的发展方向:高端产品以全铝车身配合复合材料外覆盖件;中端主流产品采用超高强度钢板与多种轻质材料混合连接;低端产品仍采用钢制车身,同时加大高强钢的比例。针对这三大发展方向存在的成本、工艺、技术等方面的问题进行了一定探究。The application of lightweight materials is one of the effective ways to realize the lightweight of automobile. In this paper, through the study of domestic and foreign automobile compa- nies in the body of the latest achievements in the field, combined with SAIC Motor experience of vehi- cle development, the development direction of the body material is put forward: High end products would use aluminum body and composite material outer skin panels; the mainstream products in the end by UHSS and some lightweight material with mixed connection technical; the low - end products still use steel body, but increase the proportion of high strength steel. The study also has been carried through on the three major development direction of the cost, process, technology and other aspects of the problem.
