新常态下高职医学院校档案收集工作的探析

摘　　要：高职医学院校作为普通高校队伍中一个独立而特殊的组成部分,其档案收集工作也具有一定的特点。为了进一步使收集工作适应新常态,文章结合实际,针对高职医学院校档案收集工作中存在的问题进行了探讨,并从主动性、知识性、制度性三个方面提出改进举措。Higher vocational medical colleges are independent and special parts of the ordinary universities and the archives collection possessed their own special characteristics.To further adapt to the new normal,this paper discusses the existing problems of the archives collection for the higher vocational medical colleges based on actual situation and gives some suggestions from initiative,knowledge and institutional.
