摘　　要：文章根据现代图书馆员的职能所在,对于个性化需求日益增多的读者,对帮助用户通过开放存取数据库的途径来获取文献原文的方法进行了解析。According to the function of modern librarian,the paper analyzes the ways of open access databases to obtain the original documents in order to help the growing number of personalized needs of the readers.
