果园管道自动顺序喷雾控制系统设计

摘　　要：针对密植果园或成熟果园中由于果树树冠逐渐长大使果树行距变小甚至封行,增加果树喷药难度和劳动强度、危及喷雾作业人员安全等问题,设计了一种果园管道自动顺序喷雾控制系统。该系统由喷雾给药单元、自动顺序喷雾主控器和电磁阀控制节点组成。喷雾给药单元为系统提供药液,自动顺序喷雾主控制器给电磁阀控制节点提供控制信号,电磁阀控制节点控制电磁阀的开关,通过控制果园中多个电磁阀的顺序开启和关闭,实现对果树的自动顺序喷雾。运行试验结果表明,该系统可以按照设定喷雾时间对果树进行自动顺序喷雾,不需要人工进入果园喷雾。The crown of fruit tree grows bigger and the row spacing between two fruit trees becomes narrower as time goes by, it increases the spray difficulty and labor intensity. What is worse, it even endangers the safety of spray workers. In order to solve this problem, an orchard pipeline automatic spray system was designed. The system consists of spray dosing unit, automatic spraying master controller and solenoid control node. The spray dosing unit is used to supply pesticide, the automatic spraying master controller is used to send the control signal to the solenoid control node, and the solenoid control node is used to control the working condition of the solenoid according to the received control signal. By controlling the multiple solenoids in the orchard to open and close in setting order, the automatic sequence pipeline spray is fulfilled. The experiment shows that the system can fulfill the automatic sequence pipeline spray according to the setting spray time.
