摘　　要：随着全球社会经济的发展,信息通讯也得到了空前的高速发展,SNS就是这个通讯高速公路发展过程中的产物。SNS不仅悄然来到了我们的身边,并以非常快的速度改变着人们的生活。韩国的SNS平台技术相当发达,而且使用率也非常高;而中国则以发展本土SNS平台为主,也取得了极快的发展速度。在SNS网络平台发展过程中,虽然中韩所选择的路径并非完全一样,但对本国人民生活的影响却都是空前的。随着SNS功能的强化,它不仅影响着中韩两国的政治、经济、文化等诸多公共领域,而且还影响着人们的日常生活,甚至带来了一系列负面影响。即便如此,我们也无法阻挡SNS高速发展的趋势,所以要充分利用其功能为我们正面所用,积极应对和最大限度地缩小其负面影响,使中韩两国的SNS平台健康、高速发展。SNS （Social Networking Service） is the product of the high-speed development of global communication highway. It quietly and rapidly changes people＇s life. SNS Platform technology in South Korea has been well-developed and widely-used, and in China, it is lo- calized and developing quickly as well. Though the routes are different, the influence of SNS on people＇s way of living is unprecedented in both countries. With the enhancement of its functions, SNS will definitely affect various public fields such as politics, economy, cul- ture and people＇s daily life, or even bring about a series of negative impacts. However, no one can stop its rapid development trend. Thus it is necessary to make the full use of its functions while limit the adverseness to the utmost so as to ensure a healthy and high- speed development of SNS Platform in China and Korea.
